How Do I Decide?

Have you ever wondered what drives a successful person? What makes them get out of bed each morning? What has helped them to achieve what they've achieved? If you had that insight, would you start employing some of the associated 'tactics'?

If you have answered 'yes' to any of the above, then read on.

Successful people have a guiding light, a guiding principle to abide by. Examples of such guiding lights include 'make it happen', 'free to be me' and 'just do it' (thank you Nike), for example.

These guiding lights are words to live by. If you have any decision to make, will you choose the option that is driven by your gut instinct and your guiding light, or will you choose an option which is based on general consensus, what other people around you might do?

Consider this: are the people around you, on whose advice you may have previously relied, in the position that you'd like to be? Or are they in a similar situation to you – maybe, frustrated at work and wanting that promotion but never quite achieving it, or wanting to lose a set weight but never quite achieving it...and so on.

If they are in a similar situation to you and want more because they'd like to change something in their life, then why would you follow their advice and example? Surely you should be looking to follow the example of the people who have actually achieved what they wanted to achieve.

So, consider the successful person who knows what they want and makes their decisions based upon their guiding light. Wouldn't you rather follow in their example?

I'll show you how you can start thinking like a successful person and start moving forward in the direction that you choose.
